One-to-one support; critical incident support for individuals and teams; peer support; Schwartz Rounds; Values based Reflective Practice (VBRP).

NHS Lanarkshire COVID-19 Public Distress Helpline for members of the public who are experiencing distress, anxiety, low mood as a consequence of the current COVID-19 pandemic and associated restrictions.
Available to: Members of the public living in the NHS Lanarkshire Health Board Area.
The helpline provides a combination of information and signposting, plus a call-back service for people who are experiencing more severe distress.

Covid-19 Helpline offers all staff an initial point of contact with triage process and onward referral/signposting to other identified support systems.
Available to: All NHS Lanarkshire staff, HSCP staff, Social Care staff, Care homes staff and Third Sector staff.

Stress Helpline offers help with initial psychological support and onward referral to more intensive short term sessional support.

Confidential Counselling Service provides telephone or face-to-face (currently Skype) sessions via self-referral or management referral for a variety of mental health related issues.

Occupational Health offers referral via telephone consultations with Occupational Health Physicians and Nurse Advisors. Expert advice on functional capacity with specific advice to those concerned with underlying health issues and risk assessment.

Early Access to Support for You (EASY) provides early support for absence from work due to a mental health related issue. Provides access route and onward referral to therapeutic services.
