Confidential and independent support from skilled listener Chaplains who can assist you in reflecting on the circumstances.

Community Chaplaincy Listening Service
Trained listeners provide a confidential and non-judgemental space. It may help you to reflect on your situation, change how you see things and help with coping strategies. Religion and spirituality will not be spoken about, unless raised by you.

GO Health Services Wellbeing Hub
Go Health offers time-limited counselling, CBT and Psychology sessions specifically for staff experiencing difficulties in their personal and or professional lives which are impacting on their workplace functioning. Staff can complete an online referral form by following this link, or by phoning 01224 5(55749).
Available to staff employed by NHS Grampian (NHS email required).
