There are a number of services available to the whole of Grampian:

Psychological Resilience Hub

Available to all NHS and HSCP staff, including care home staff working in the statutory, independent and third sectors in the Grampian area, and volunteers supporting health and social care services. Also open to all public, including children, and to Scottish Ambulance Service (SAS) staff based in Grampian.
Reciprocal arrangements are available for staff who would prefer to seek help through another Board.
A self referral form can be completed and followed by offer of telephone or face to face virtual appointment. Cases are triaged and allocated according to level of need and case complexity, and managed by clinicians with the appropriate skill set.

Humanitarian Assistance Centre offers help with housing, employment, money, and family wellbeing, and can be accessed by the Psychological Resilience Hub.

Phone line offers psychological support for staff working in acute COVID-19 care.
Available to: NHSG staff working in acute services (e.g. emergency department, ICH, infection control, ICU, HDU, COVID wards and the infection unit on any hospital sites)
