Fife Staff Support Service

Offers a psychological therapies service for staff who work in Fife and who directly provide or enable NHS or social care services – including third sector and independent care home staff.

Out of area referrals for staff who would prefer to seek help through another board can be arranged.

Staff can self-refer by following this link and completing the confidential Contact Form, or by emailing fife.fifestaffsupport@nhs.scot – marking the email CONFIDENTIAL

Staff support hubs (drop in) provide a space for relaxation and refreshments.
Available to: NHS and H&SCP staff.
Newly refurbished hubs are sited in the following locations: Former WRVS cafe, Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy (24/7 access); Dining room, Queen Margaret Hosptial, Dunfermline; Adamson Community Hospital, Cupar; St Andrews Community Hospital, St Andrews; Randolph Wemyss Memorial Hospital; Glenrothes Hospital, Glenrothes.
Other Hubs are located within: Therapies corridor, room 4, Lynebank Hospital, Dunfermline; Whytemans Brae Hospital, Kirkcaldy.

Quiet spaces
Available to: NHS and H&SCP staff
Locations: The Sanctuary, Queen Margaret Hospital; The Haven, Victoria Hospital (24/7 access for both)

Energy Pods
Available for NHS and H&SCP staff
Located at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy: A&E Department, Anaesthetics Department Phase 3, Theatre Suite Phase 3 

Pause Pods
Available for all NHS and H&SCP staff
Located at Playfield Institute, Stratheden Hospital, Cupar and Whyteman’s Brae Hospital, Kirkcaldy
Weekday day time access for both 

Staff Communications App (StaffLink, Powered by Blink) provides the latest news, information and guidance from across NHS Fife.
Instructions on how to sign up and download the app to mobile devices is available on NHS Fife intranet.
Access, via a personalised code, is being developed for staff who don’t have NHS mail (please see your line manager).
